Qigong: Life Force Healing

Qigong is an ancient Chinese Medicine practice of using exercises and meditation to optimize energy within the body, mind and spirit. The goal is to maintain and improve health and well-being. This class is essential whether you are a practitioner or new student.

Empower and harmonize the three energy centers which regulate your capacity for love, wisdom, and vitality. These three centers or Dantians hold vast amounts of Qi and when harmonized, joy springs forth. Inner joy and happiness like that of a child. Come play!!

You will learn through demonstration and experience, the Hologram Palm to awaken your Qi capacity and the Four Golden Wheels to replenish your Qi reservoirs. Participate in a group healing to develop your practice.

About the Instructor

Don Scott has in depth training in many healing modalities. He is a licensed massage therapist, certified yoga instructor, ordained spiritualist minister with Fellowships of the Spirit, Qigong healing practitioner and was part of the first 30 Breatheology instructors selected globally for training.
