This workshop offers individuals a safe space to explore the heavy realities of suicide, trauma, and grief. Through personal stories, shared experiences, and practical approaches, participants will reflect on their own challenges, witness the resilience within themselves, and begin to navigate a path toward healing. It’s a space to acknowledge the storms carried daily, find connection, and embrace the possibility of hope and renewal.

Presenter Bio:
Nancy served in the US Army as a Military Police Officer and then segued to civilian law enforcement. where she served on the Lawton, Oklahoma, Police Department. Nancy retired as a Detective after a combined 32-year career in Law Enforcement.
Nancy is an Ordained Spiritualist Minister, Healer, and the current President of the Church of the Living Spirit in Lily Dale. Nancy also volunteers as a listener for the International Crisis Hotline “COPLINE”, a crisis hotline for Police Officers and their Families. She is a Certified 300 HR RYI Yoga Instructor, group fitness instructor, and crystal sound bowl intuitive.
