Happier Right Now!

Happier Right Now! Workshop with Gregg Unterberger
The world spins in chaos, and most of us pray things will settle down soon, but what are the odds? If our happiness always depends on outside circumstances, we will always be at the mercy of our environment. Fortunately, cutting-edge research into well-being and happiness suggests that we can be much more in control of our joy than we think! And no, it’s not just about denying the bad stuff and “thinking positive.” Gregg will show you tried-and-true, usable science-based techniques to build resilience and boost mood, combined with ancient spiritual wisdom to reclaim your joy and live a life that is happier, right now!

Most of us think JOY and wonder is something you’ll feel when you win the lotto, find the right partner (or divorce your partner), get that perfect job, take that vacation, or whatever.
It seems like happiness is always dependent on something OUT THERE.
But what if it wasn’t?
Happiness is more than a fleeting feeling; it is a skill that can be cultivated through intentional “micro-acts” and a shift in perspective. In this session, you will explore how to break out of rigid routines and embrace unscripted moments that spark genuine delight.
What You Will Gain:
- Practical Tools: Learn science-backed “joy snacks”—simple actions taking 5–10 minutes that can improve sleep quality, reduce stress, and boost emotional well-being.
- Playful Mindset: Engage in lighthearted exercises, such as spontaneous storytelling or music-based movement, to lower social barriers and increase dopamine.
- Greater Resilience: Discover how “savoring” small pleasures helps build psychological resources to better navigate daily challenges.
Yes, you really CAN have a more joyful life, even if you don’t win the lotto! Join us and find out how you can embrace happiness daily because who doesn’t need a little more joy in their life?
