Kinesiology Muscle Testing: Self Testing

Join instructor Janice Wilton for a Kinesiology class: Muscle Testing, Self Testing. We all possess an innate intelligence that keeps us in peak health. When you experience physical or emotional symptoms or disease, the way you are living, eating, or thinking may be affecting your ability to create and maintain maximum health.

Develop your innate ability to guide you. Through muscle testing, you can tap into the body’s wisdom and learn what aspect of your being needs to be addressed (the physical body, diet, thinking, lifestyle, spiritual, environment) and what changes need to be made to bring you back to balance. Anyone, including children, can learn this technique based on principles of bio-magnetic energy.

What you will learn and practice

• Sway test, in which you use your body as a pendulum
• Practice getting a yes and a no response
• Sticky test, in which you feel a sticky sensation between two fingertips when rubbed together
• Two-finger test

This will help you to optimize:

• your foods choices,
• Supplements,
• your job search,
• where to live,
• and so much more.

Once you start using this tool, you will wonder what you did before that!!

About the Instructor

Janice Wilton is the owner of Touch of Life since 2004, is Nationally Certified in Reflexology, Reiki/MT and Energy Medicine. She has advanced certifications in Integrated Healing, Kinesiology, and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT). Janice has trained with educators in the US and from around the world including Laura Norman, Sue Ricks from the UK and Touch Point Denmark, Donna Eden, Dr. Hesu Whitten, and John Maguire.
