Writing as a Healing Tool for the Body, Mind, and Spirit
Motivate yourself to let go of negative issues and embrace vibrant well-being by writing letters to friends and loved ones here and in the Spirit world. Research suggests that expressing emotions about a traumatic or troubling experience in a coherent way can be important to mental, physical, and spiritual health.
This workshop will build on the mind-body connection to motivate participants to release issues they have been carrying around. They will verbalize in writing thoughts or emotions they had not expressed before, release them in a ceremony, and be inspired to use laughter as a healing tool.
- Release negative emotions in a safe space
- Gain a coherent tool to enhance mental, spiritual, and physical health.
- Learn techniques to help oneself and others in the future.
