Emotional Freedom Technique(EFT) often referred to as tapping, is a roadmap for people who are stressed out, discouraged, or who simply want to get to a better place in their lives. It helps us to understand the toll emotions can have on our physical health, and helps us to reprogram our biological and emotional responses to stress, helping us to transform our daily life and more!! EFT uses the body’s subtle energy system to provide effective, rapid, lasting relief for treating traumas, fears, and other issues like stress, anxiety, anger, fear and lack of focus.

In this introductory class you will use EFT to

• Experience hands on tapping practice to use in your daily life for yourself and others

About the Instructor

Janice Wilton is the owner of Touch of Life since 2004, is Nationally Certified in Reflexology, Reiki/MT and Energy Medicine. She has advanced certifications in Integrated Healing, Kinesiology, and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT). Janice has trained with educators in the US and from around the world including Laura Norman, Sue Ricks from the UK and Touch Point Denmark, Donna Eden, Dr. Hesu Whitten, and John Maguire. Her belief that our work here has a purpose– to encourage people and give them the right tools and principles to honor and empower themselves.
