Spiritual Development Circles
....Come to any one evening or come to all of them.
These circles are open to all each week.
Join us in a traditional Spiritualist Home Circle. For over 150 years, modern Spiritualists and their friends have gathered together to meditate in community. You will have the opportunity to:
- Learn to meditate and/or deepen the process and experience the silence for yourself
- Unfold and develop your gifts of mediumship and healing
- Experience the rewards of spiritual community when praying and meditating with others

Rev. Shirley Calkins founded the Rochester Center for the Healing Arts, and the Spiritual Awareness Retreat Center in 1984, to assist individuals in seeking their Higher Selves. She is also the former director of the University of Science and Philosophy in Virginia. She is an evolutionary tutor, psychic, and healer using Healing Breath and Breathwork for personal transformation. Shirley is currently enjoying her work as a Registered Medium in Lily Dale, NY.
Rev. Cindie Scott has been consciously walking her spiritual path since 1988, and is a 1999 graduate of The School of Spiritual Healing and Prophesy. Since 2000, Cindie has taught Spiritual Development classes, and hostsed Worship Services in Middleport, NY, where she has a practice in Mediumship and Healing. She also co-chairs and serves as a minister Fellowships of the Spirit's Sunday evening worship services. Cindie has studied mediumship with teachers such as Rev. Elaine Thomas, Rev. Shirley Calkins Smith, Rev. James Barnum, Rev. Barbara Sanson, Sharon Klingler. Cindie is also certified in NLP, Qi Gong, Hypnotherapy, and Healing with tuning forks. She receives great joy in helping students develop their natural abilities in mediumship and healing.
