Based on his extensive research, Dr. Brown has combined the most
rapidly effective breathing techniques to relieve stress and improve
mood, mental focus, heart and lung function, and endurance. The benefits
have been enjoyed by health care practitioners, Buddhist monks and nuns,
teachers of yoga and other mind-body practices, military veterans,
individuals with psychiatric (eg. anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADD) and
medical conditions (eg. cancer, Lyme disease, lung problems, toxic
exposures) , and victims of terrorism, war and natural disasters. Many
people who have worked with Dr. Brown say they have been transformed,
and that they never would have imagined that something so simple would
have been so powerful and helpful.
In this workshop you will learn how to:
- Balance your stress response system for stress resilience and energy renewal
- Release tension, dispel anxiety, sleep soundly, and quiet your mind
- Increase your lung capacity, oxygenation, and cardio-respiratory health
- Improve recovery from negative life experiences or trauma
- Feel more connected to your inner self and to others
